Having identified the potential in the region, BanaBay confirms that Fruit Logistica will be a major opportunity for the brand to meet existing contacts, develop relationships and discuss the operational aspects of working together.
As a native Russian speaker, Vitali will be hoping to talk to customers about adopting its core product range, as well as new and exciting lines such as baby bananas, which are making their first appearance at Fruit Logistica.
He says: “At BanaBay we are a truly international team and we believe that being able to speak the same language as our customers is important. I hope that this will make us more approachable to our Russian customers and I am looking forward to meeting everyone in Berlin.”
Later in the year Vitali will be investigating CIS-World Food 2015 in Moscow which is the largest food and fresh produce exhibition in Russia, with a view to exhibiting the BanaBay range in 2016.
